We understand that occasionally appointments  may need to change.  In those cases, we require a (24) hour or greater cancellation notice.  If we are given less than (24) hour notice, you will be charge $30 cancellation fee.

If, for some rare exception, we fail to keep an In-Home Service appointment, your initial payment will be refunded back to your account.  And your next appointment will be atb"no cost" to you.
